Spacious studio room with a separate kitchen met my needs perfectly. The kitchen had a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and a table with chairs. The room clean, comfortable bed, and all devices operated well. Free coffee and tea available downstairs were a nice touch. Helpful staff. Breakfast selection for €15 offered great options, though I preferred store-bought meals. Limited public transport made getting to Amsterdam tricky. About a 40-minute commute via bus and train, requiring careful planning after midnight. Prices for public transport can add up, too. The fire alarm incident was alarming-no staff present during a kitchen fire. Had to assist with translation for other guests after the evacuation. It's crucial for the hotel to ensure staff availability in emergencies.

Clean, spacious room that provided a comfortable stay. The free coffee and tea facility in the dining area offered a nice perk.
Being on the ground floor next to the breakfast room meant a lot of noise, especially during early morning when breakfast prep started. The gym lacked windows and space. A foldable desk could improve room functionality for those needing work space, and a laundromat would have been convenient. Without a phone in the room, communication felt limited .

The room was super clean and had a coffee pod machine, but the restaurant food was a letdown. I'd expect better for a stay this length. Chur!

The breakfast offered a vast selection with locally sourced options.
Unfortunately, the lack of in-room tea/coffee making facilities was disappointing and reminded me of a basic deficiency for a hotel.

The breakfast selection had everything from pastries to cheeses, a feast! Plus, the room's cleanliness was great, and I appreciated the kettle and coffee pod machine for my caffeine fix.
While I loved having a fridge in the room, it was a bummer there was no cooking gear. Plus, the restaurant was closed on our last night-what's a foodie to do without a backup meal nearby?

The honest truth about this
The staff went over and beyond to ensure our comfort even in scorching heat providing ice-cold water throughout the day. Cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed enhanced our experience.
Poor management during peak hours resulted in a long wait for dining. The breakfast selection was limited and could use more variety to improve guest satisfaction.

I loved how clean the room was and that I could grab free coffee anytime in the dining area. The sauna and the cozy lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads-up, parking was a bit pricy, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment! 😊
